"Inventory Surges While Sales Slow and Prices Hold Steady"

• The total of pending sales under contract in the NWMLS Listing Service for April 2026 was 7,584 homes & condos. 
• This is 2% more than last year.

• GREAT NEWS! ISLAND COUNTY'S APRIL 2026 Pending sales increased year-over-year by 20.8%.

• The April 2026 Pending residential sales under contract for Island County totaled 151, compared to just 125 in 2025.
